Data Access
As outlined in our Terms of Service (available at https://www.echoiq.ai/legal) it is the responsibility of Organization Admins to control who has access to your organization's data.
In the course of providing you support, Echo IQ support team members can be granted access to your organization's data, solely for the purpose of providing this support. This access is logged and will appear in your access logs.

Echo IQ can enter into a Business Associate Agreement with your organization.

Data Jurisdiction
System data such as user account information is stored globally using AWS data centers in the United States and Australia.
EchoSolv™ health data including PHI, Echo Measurements, Patient Data, and Assessment Results are only stored in EITHER the United States or Australia, depending on where your organization is based.
