We require a minimum number of inputs when you upload an echo measurement file to ensure EchoSolv™ can provide an accurate result we can be confident in.

Please note, the inputs may vary depending on your region and medical device regulations.

Guidelines Tests - Severe Aortic Stenosis

This is applicable for our users globally and guidelines checks for Severe Aortic Stenosis will be conducted when any of the following options are provided:

aortic_valve_mean_gradient

OR

aortic_valve_area

OR

aortic_valve_peak_velocity

OR

All of the following measurements:

left_ventricular_outflow_tract_diameter,
left_ventricular_outflow_tract_velocity_time_integral,
aortic_valve_velocity_time_integral

OR

All of the following measurements:

left_ventricular_outflow_tract_diameter,
left_ventricular_outflow_tract_peak_velocity
aortic_valve_peak_velocity

Note: To effectively determine if a patient is within guidelines for Severe AS, we utilize a combination of the following measurements. We recommend providing studies with at least one of the measurement groups above present, however, the more measures provided increase the conclusiveness of the result. EchoSolv™' cannot conclusively state that Guidelines have not been met unless all measurement groups are provided.

If any of the measurements above meet clinical guidelines for Severe AS, it will be demonstrated within the assessment results as Guidelines Met.

EchoSolv™' can still perform assessments based on the measurements provided. Please see the matrix of expected below:

A conclusive result indicating guidelines have not been met cannot be produced unless all of the above are provided, and the guidelines result will therefore be reported as Limited Data.

If all measurements are provided and guidelines can be confirmed to have not been met, the guidelines test will report as being not met.
