Logging in to EchoSolv has never been easier with Single Sign-On (SSO). If your organisation has SSO enabled, you can enjoy a seamless and secure login experience. This article will guide you through the process of logging in using SSO.
Organisation Admin must enable Single Sign-On for your organisation. You can find out more in the Enabling Microsoft Single Sign-On via OpenID for your Organisation article. If you encounter any issues logging in, please contact the Echo IQ Support team for assistance.

FAQ
What happens when SSO is disabled?
If your organisation disables SSO, users who were created through the SSO process will need to take additional steps to log in the next time around. The next time you log in, you will be required to enter a one-time pass sent by EchoSolv which will then direct you to set up a password for future logins.
I have no roles assigned, what does that mean?
If you receive a pop-up upon logging in that says you have no roles assigned, you will have to contact your Organisation Admin to give you the relevant roles to access EchoSolv. You can find out about specific roles in the User Roles Explained article.
