The Bulk Exports area allows you to manage and download larger exports without disrupting your workflow. When exporting large volumes of data, such as echocardiogram assessments or access logs, the process will be handled in the background, so you can continue browsing the platform seamlessly.
If an export takes longer than 10 seconds, it will be automatically moved to the 'Bulk Exports' area where it will be processed in the background. Once the Bulk Export has been completed, you will receive a notification via email indicating that you can now download it in the 'Bulk Exports' area at your convenience.
Please note that these exports are available for download for 7 days, so be sure to download these files to your device before they expire!
Accessing the Bulk Exports area
Navigate to the My Account page in the Echo IQ platform.
Select Bulk Exports to view and manage your large export requests.
