To disconnect the Echo IQ connect instance from your remote deployment and uninstall the service from your machine please follow the steps given below
Step 1 - Disconnecting Echo IQ Connect from the User Interface
Open the Echo IQ Connect UI by navigating to your local host. For example 'http://localhost:xxxx' in your browser where 'xxxx' is your port number. Your port number was configured during the installation part of the process.
The default port number is '5000' if you have not changed it
Open the ellipses on the top right-hand corner and press 'Disconnect'
Step 2 - Uninstalling Echo IQ Connect
The following steps are to remove Echo IQ Connect completely from your device.
If no alterations were made in where to install Echo IQ Connect, navigate to C:/ Program Files(x64)/EIQ-Connect or where you have saved the folders in your device.
In the folder run the uninstall file this will look something like 'unins000.exe'
To verify that the uninstallation has been completed successfully, please check that there is no running service by the name of EIQ Connect in your Window Service Manager.
